A 42 year
old male presents with central chest pain . There is no significant past
medical history and he is not on any drugs. He smokes 10 cigarettes a day but
does not drink .
On
examination he is febrile , pulse 100 beats per minute regular , BP 130/80 JVP
not raised , heart sounds were normal and there were no murmurs . Lungs were
clear.
ECG shows
widespread ST segment elevation and T inversion .
