Motor neuron disease, all are true, except:
1-the disease usually stars above the age of 50 years,
but no age is exempt
2-a variable combination of upper and lower motor
neuron lesions
3-bulbar onset portends a grave prognosis
4-the pace is usually insidious
5-drug therapy is effective at slowing the pace of the
illness

MND in general has a grave prognosis, most patients
