A 32 year old male presents
with a history of tiredness and lethargy. He complained of dizziness and on
further questioning admitted to loss of libido and impotence.
He related all his symptoms
to a head injury he had 9 months previously.
On examination he looked
pale; his skin was hairless with absent axillary and pubic hair. He had
gynaecomastia. His pulse rate was 55 beats per minute, BP 100/70 lying 70/40
standing
