delirium. There is also a history of intermittent falls. She is noted to have
persistent visual hallucinations. She has memory impairment, visuospatial
impairment and fluctuating performance. On examination of her limbs there are
features of Parkinsonism.

Lewy body dementia usually presents with early memory
