A 56-year-old female presents with a history of dry eyes and dry mouth. She has bilateral swelling of her parotid glands. The typical renal manifestation of this condition is:

a)      Acute nephritic syndrome

d)      Recurrent urinary tract infections

The clinical features suggest the patient has Sjogren’s syndrome . In this condition the typical renal lesions is interstitial and causes tubular dysfunction and renal tubular acidosis.
