many other diseases it might be normal even in the presence of profound CNS
insult like NPH, MS..etc
2-false, usually 60-70% of the blood levels, levels
below 50% are always abnormal
3-true above 50 mg /dl is abnormal
4-true, up to five cells is normal, all should be
mononuclear
5-true, oligoclonal bands indicates intrathecal
synthesis of IgG, and is seen in many CNS diseases (not only MS!!)
