A 30-year-old male presents with a chronic cough
productive of copious amounts of thick yellow sputum and occasional haemoptysis.
He also complains of bad breath and recurrent episodes of fever. On examination
he has clubbing and on auscultation over the lung bases coarse crepitations are
heard.

The patient has bronchiectasis. High resolution CT
